Loganberry Jam Recipe

Loganberries- like the rest of the berry family- are great in jams.

Ingredients

3 kg loganberries
3 kg sugar

Preparation

1. Remove the stems and wash and dry the loganberries carefully. Simmer, stirring constantly, over a very low heat for 15–20 minutes, or until reduced to a pulp.

2. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved, then boil rapidly until setting point is reached.
