TROWELS are used to plant seeds and seedlings, remove weeds and loosen the soil surface as well as measure out potting mix, compost or fertiliser.

HAND FORKS have three or four flattened tines and are ideal for weeding in confined spaces, lifting young plants and lightly cultivating pots or window boxes.

HAND CULTIVATORS have curved prongs that loosen and aerate soil between plants in spaces where a hoe can’t reach.

BULB PLANTERS bore holes in soil or lawn and may have measurements on the side to plant specific bulbs at the right depth.
